Art Authenticity & Limited Edition Policy

We sell original artwork, premium canvas prints, and limited edition fine art prints.

Each limited edition print will be numbered and authenticated.

Limited edition prints are final sale once shipped, unless damaged in transit.

All artwork, images, branding and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of D’Artiste Studio.
Purchasing an item does not grant reproduction rights.
Art may not be scanned, copied, modified, resold, or shared commercially without written permission.

SECTION 19 – ORIGINAL ART SALES POLICY
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once sold, ownership transfers solely to the buyer.
We may request temporary loans of original artworks for exhibitions, with mutual agreement.
Buyers are responsible for the proper care and display of original artworks, including avoiding direct sunlight, humidity, or heat exposure.

Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes.
