Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at admin@dartiste.co.uk and we will arrange the best solution.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 10 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and packaging so we can investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of fine art, the following items are final sale unless damaged in transit:

Original paintings

Limited edition fine art prints

Embellished prints
-
Hand-finished artworks

Framed prints
These products are created in limited quantities and may not be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Commissions
For custom commission orders:

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking

Once work has begun or materials have been purchased, cancellations may incur charges up to 50% of the total commission value

Once a commission is completed and approved by the client, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
We are happy to discuss design changes only if painting has not yet begun.
Returns (if approved)
If a return is authorised, the artwork must be:

Returned in original packaging

In unused/undamaged condition

Shipped back within 14 days of return approval
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note, banks and card providers may take several business days to process the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Original Art Guarantee
Every original artwork is unique and authenticated.
Ownership transfers to the buyer upon receipt β original artworks cannot be returned unless damaged in delivery.
